How do I open this safe?

  • 1 of 8: Look in the book with the blueprints, for a brief description of this safe.
  • 2 of 8: There are three dials and three lights.
  • 3 of 8: Turn the dial, try the handle, and watch the lights.
  • 4 of 8: Look for anything different or unusual about the way the lights flash.
  • 5 of 8: If you've turned the dial to the correct number, the indicator light for that dial will stay green.
  • 6 of 8: The top light is an indicator for the left dial; the middle light for the middle dial; the bottom light is an indicator for the right dial.
  • 7 of 8: Keep trying new numbers until all the lights stay green.
  • 8 of 8: The correct combination is (from left to right): 3, 1, 4.
