How do I sabotage the waterworks?

2 of 6: Go to the waterworks and see what you can do.
3 of 6: Nope, no way in there. Besides, you don't have the crampons anymore.
4 of 6: Go talk to the Pariah chief to see if he has any ideas.
5 of 6: He says the waterworks are now heavily guarded, but he mentions that the source of the water is in the mountains.
6 of 6: Check your map; the waterworks seem to feed into the mountains. That's our goal.
