Where is the ballista?
1 of 3: Matho said it was being manned by Narr'Havas's troops.
2 of 3: Go to Narr'Havas and talk to him, then go through his camp and out the other side. You'll be met by a Numidian commander, who tells you he wants you to hit the flag on the ramparts.
3 of 3: Just beyond him is the helepole, a large wooden tower on wheels. Climb the ladder and start shooting.
