Where is he?
1 of 4: Your map shows him north of Matho's tent.
2 of 4: When you leave Matho's tent, turn left (so the tent is on your left and the road is on your right). You're now facing north.
3 of 4: Go forward 3 screens and turn left to talk to the mercenary at the Wine Stall.
4 of 4: When you're done at the wine stall, go right, forward, right, forward, to talk to Narr'Havas.
