What am I supposed to be doing on the show?

  • 1 of 11: The director says she wants you to just ad-lib it. In fact, though, there are specific things you need to do here in order to make the comedy work.
  • 2 of 11: First off, you have to disguise the cow. You don't have to do a good job; Mr. Featherly, the landlord, is very near-sighted and not terribly bright. Pretend you're trying to fool a chicken with thick glasses.
  • 3 of 11: How about the lampshade near the cow's head? Sure, it only covers one horn, but it's better than nothing.
  • 4 of 11: Put the lampshade on the cow, and Mr. Featherly -- well, what do you know, he really IS a chicken with glasses -- is fooled. But for how long?
  • 5 of 11: Keep the "illusion" going as long as you can: When Featherly asks you your guest is, choose the most believable of the options.
  • 6 of 11: She doesn't look anything like Abraham Lincoln, but the lampshade is shaped a little like a chef's hat.
  • 7 of 11: Tell him she's your new chef.
  • 8 of 11: Now you need to work in some gross-out humor. Did you notice that the cow has left a little present on the floor behind her?
  • 9 of 11: And oh look, there's a plate on the table by the lamp. Hmm ... are you thinking what I'm thinking?
  • 10 of 11: Once Featherly is talking to the cow, pick up the plate and use it on the cow pie. When the cow moos, tell him (remember, he thinks she's a chef) that she said --
  • 11 of 11: -- "Moo goo gai pan." What a dumb show! Wait a minute, I've seen this episode ...
