I'm confused. What's the case this time?
1 of 3: First things first: Yes, Max is still president. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
2 of 3: The case is pretty confusing; Sam says the commissioner told him there's an economic disaster occuring because of "computer meltdown" and that the source of it has been traced to an "electron surge" in their neighborhood. Which means ... what, exactly?
3 of 3: Until we figure it out, let's just go through the neighborhood looking for unusual activity, especially anything related to computers.
