What's the case this time?
1 of 4: If you recall, in the last case we learned that someone named Roy G. Biv was at the money end of a whole series of bad things.
2 of 4: As everyone with a public-school level knowledge of art knows, "Roy G. Biv" is a mnemonic (memory aid) to help you remember the colors of the rainbow from bottom to top: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. (Though I think Indigo, a shade of blue, is only in there so you don't have to try to pronounce "Bv.")
3 of 4: And who's the rainbow freak who's been in every episode except the first one? Why, Hugh Bliss, of course.
4 of 4: The commissioner's call at the beginning of the episode told you that Hughbie is in his private sanctuary, The Blister of Tranquility, which is located on The Moon. So you're off to the moon to arrest his fraudulent rainbow-colored fanny!
