What can I do with the Gastrokinesis Talisman?
1 of 2: As you've heard, it makes anything with a stomach throw up.
2 of 2: To use it, pick it up in inventory, then click it on the creature you want to barf. If they have nothing for you, either they'll just toss up a rainbow or Sam will say he doesn't want to see the contents of their stomach, so use it whenever you like.
