Where is Specs?
1 of 2: There are three spots in the neighborhood where you can find Specs.
2 of 2: He's usually right next to Bosco's inconvenience store. If he's not there, he's either next to the entrance to your office (to the right of the DeSoto) or at the end of the alley next to Leroy's (closed) store.
