Sam & Max: Season 2 Hints
Who are all these babies?
They're all famous people who disappeared during the 20th century and were never heard from again -- and now we know what happened to them. (Go to the far left of the scene and follow the sign to Tiny Tiki to find four of the five.)
Jimmy Hoffa -- Union leader who disappeared in 1975; it's assumed he was killed by the Mafia, but his body was never found.
Amelia Earhart -- Aviator who disappeared over the Pacific Ocean while attempting to fly around the globe in 1937.
Charles Lindbergh, Jr. -- Son of Charles Lindbergh, another aviator; he was kidnapped from his parents' home at the age of about 20 months and was never seen again. The body of a baby was found nearby a few months later, but it was never absolutely proved to be that of the Lindbergh baby.
Dan "D.B." Cooper -- Man who hijacked a passenger jet in 1971 and demanded a ransom of $200,000 and a parachute. He parachuted from the jet over the state of Washington with the money and was never seen again.
Glenn Miller -- Band leader in the Big Band era; in 1944, he was on his way to entertain troops in Europe when his plane disappeared and was never found. (If the voice sounds familiar, it's because there was a famous movie about Glenn Miller -- The Glenn Miller Story, in fact -- starring Jimmy Stewart as Miller.)
