How do I ride the bucking surfboard?
1 of 3: You can ride it any time you like, but you don't need to until you're trying to get past Jimmy Hoffa.
2 of 3: It's not too hard, once you figure out what's going on. The bottles are always thrown in the middle, so all you have to do is lean to one side or the other to avoid them.
3 of 3: It's harder when you have the tray, because the bottle on the tray will start to slide in the direction you're leaning. But the bottle slides slowly, so all you need to do is not to move out of the way until a bottle is about to be thrown.
