How do I stop the self-destruct sequence?
1 of 7: You don't. But then, you don't really need to.
2 of 7: All you really want to do is get the three of you -- Sam, Max, and Bosco's rotting hulk -- out of there, fast. And since the mariachis took the time shuttle, the only way out is through the big red triangle where all the souls go.
3 of 7: Go to the console where the old mariachi was standing and see what controls you have to work with.
4 of 7: "Suck" is a good start, but it's designed to lift souls, not big old corpses like Bosco. You can't make the suck stronger, but if you could slow time down enough to get over there before he dropped, maybe you could do something.
5 of 7: Messing with the time controls in the console slows them down, but not long enough for you to get over to Bosco's body. You need to really gum them up good.
6 of 7: Push the Suck button, then use the tar cake sample on the time controls. Now click on Bosco's corpse and go for a ride.
