How do I get the Medallion of Tithing?
1 of 12: Grandpa Stinky has one that he got by giving Sammun Mak something unique and wonderful. You have a number of unique things in your inventory, but they're all on the banned list.
2 of 12: What we need to do here is make an everyday item rare, then make it favored.
3 of 12: If you've acquired the Pendant of Inquisition, you know how to get an item totally destroyed --
4 of 12: -- but how do things get on Sammun Mak's list of favorites? You'll find the answer at the museum.
5 of 12: Wander around to the right and check out that blue console, which controls the planetarium's projector. Go ahead and play with it; you can always undo its effects later.
6 of 12: Sammun Mak, for all his worshipfulness, is still an adolescent from the age of papyrus and cat worship, and he loves technology. Any constellation you project will make him go all gooey for the item depicted.
7 of 12: So now you need to find something that Max can turn into that's also a button on the blue console. The only one is --
8 of 12: -- the toaster, since there's a picture of a toaster in the window of the shop Frankie and the rats are standing in front of. So the process is --
9 of 12: 1. Use the Rhinoplasty on the toaster picture and turn into a toaster.
10 of 12: 2. Go the museum and have Max destroy the Pyramid of Corn Dogs, thus ensuring the destruction of the world's toasters.
11 of 12: 3. Go to the blue console in the museum and push the Toaster button, thus making toasters beloved of Sammun Mak.
12 of 12: 4. Go to the Gift Vault, turn into a toaster, and present that toaster to Sal as a gift both unique and beloved. Max will let himself out of the Vault when you're done.
