How do I find the rebels?
1 of 4: Dr. Norrington said you'll know them by their backhanded salute. That's the same as the regular salute, but with the palm facing back rather than forward.
2 of 4: Go around making people salute; Max will tell you what kind of salute they gave.
3 of 4: The people you want are under foot.
4 of 4: Literally. Go down the manhole in front of Stinky's and see who's there.
