Sam & Max: Season 3 Hints
What do I do after I get inside the medulla oblongata door?
1 of 7: A little confused, are we? Okay, here's a summary, in case you're confused.
2 of 7: The "fey English gentleman" who's been the narrator of the story is Max's superego, what we normally call the conscience. After a lifetime of dealing with Max's rampant and uncontrollable id, he's decided it's better to end it all. Oh. That's not good.
3 of 7: He's not going to do anything active to bring this about; all the same, he's not going to help you. It looks like we're going to have to take care of that tumor on our own.
4 of 7: The first step is to shut off the electric field on the tumor. To do that, head for the little panel in the back of the Superego room and flip the circuit breaker.
5 of 7: When you return to the tumor, Sybil tells you that it's now flooded with Dark Matter. To fix that, you'll need the toy robot, the Cthonic Destroyer, you used in Episode 304.
6 of 7: Skunkape has it, so you need to track him down. How? There's one psychic toy left, if you recall.
7 of 7: Go back into the Superego room and look at the Astral Projector.
