How can I win the bas-relief that Miss Sullivan says we need?

  • 1 of 10: Master Yu is the guy who has the bas-relief object.
  • 2 of 10: You need to make sure that both you and Master Yu stay in the poker game long enough for him to run out of money and bet the bas-relief so you can win it.
  • 3 of 10: Review the rules if you need to, then play a few hands and see what happens.
  • 4 of 10: NOTE: The cards dealt, and therefore your chances of winning a hand, are not random. Pay close attention to how a hand goes, since there are some you can always win, and some you can never win.
  • 5 of 10: If you can stay in the game long enough, you'll find out that Master Yu will leave early if he wins the fourth hand. If he doesn't, he'll bet the bas-relief on the fifth hand.
  • 6 of 10: You can get to the fourth hand very quickly by immediately folding on the first three, but you'll find that you won't have enough money to stay in the game on the fourth hand, and Master Yu will win.
  • 7 of 10: You can't ever win the second or third hands, so you'll need to win some money on the first hand.
  • 8 of 10: You should raise once and then follow the rest of the time on the first hand in order to win it.
  • 9 of 10: Fold immediately on the second and third hands, then raise the stakes whenever you can on the fourth hand (and follow when you can't raise).
  • 10 of 10: Do the same on the fifth hand as you did on the fourth in order to win the bas-relief.
