2 of 6: Leave the poker cabin and go down the nearby steps to get back into the main gaming room.
3 of 6: Exit it by going up the stairs at its other side, then leave the junk boat and go along the dock walkway.
4 of 6: You'll find a guy at the other end you can talk to.
5 of 6: He turns out to be Captain Nathaniel Blackwood, the other person that Mr. Foster was searching for.
