How can I get the bellhop to follow procedure?
1 of 12: Have you tried talking to him after setting the fire?
2 of 12: He has no new topics, so look around for something that has to do with him.
3 of 12: You know from talking to him that his name is Elmer.
4 of 12: So why not see if there's anything in his mailbox?
5 of 12: Go look over the personal mailboxes to see if you can find his.
6 of 12: If you're standing in the approximate center of the mailbox array, you can find a box along the bottom row with the name "Elmer Mitchel" on it.
7 of 12: Open it to find that there's a letter inside it.
8 of 12: Take the letter, then read it by right-clicking on it in inventory.
9 of 12: Ah, ha! Elmer is a known procedure violator, and management is cracking down on him for it.
10 of 12: Why not hand-deliver that letter to Elmer to make sure he gets it?
11 of 12: NOTE: You'll need to get it from inventory and then click it on him.
12 of 12: When he reads the letter, he'll vow to always follow the strict security code to the letter from now on.
