2 of 11: From where you start, go along the dock and board the Chinese junk ship.
3 of 11: Move around on it until you find the stairs that lead down into its gaming room.
4 of 11: Talking to everyone there, you'll find that the only person who might have useful info is the guy standing next to the rat racing table.
