Where is the locator device?
1 of 7: It is in the north, the Kotl part of the city.
2 of 7: To recover it, first use the northeastern teleport plate.
3 of 7: Go due north until you hit the wall, then explore to the east.
4 of 7: You will come to a palace, guarded by statues.
5 of 7: Explore this room well, there's lots of things here.
6 of 7: Go to the far eastern wall, there will be two teleport plates.
7 of 7: Take the southern plate to get behind the electric fence.
