Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Hints
How can I enable vault access?
1 of 7: As Turtle says, there are three offices that you need to enter and use certain devices in.
2 of 7: One of them's on the ground floor, a ways past the lobby door that's locked with a retinal scanner. You might as well go for it first.
3 of 7: Once inside the office, don't bother with the computer. Instead, search the walls.
4 of 7: From the door, head to the back left corner and find the little panel that's under a painting.
5 of 7: Using it will gain you the treasurer's permission to enter the vault.
6 of 7: BONUS: Search the file cabinet next to the desk to find info that'll complete the secondary objective.
7 of 7: When you're done with that, head up to the second floor to find the other two vault access enablers in the security office and president's office. Both are identical devices to the one you've already seen, and are fairly easy to find on the walls.
