Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Hints
How can I get rid of all the guys in the ground floor security booths?
1 of 7: NOTE: If you're on Expert difficulty, you'll have to forget about getting rid of all these guys unless you're willing to kill them or use up lots of nonlethal projectiles on them.
2 of 7: The booth past the unlocked door in the lobby only has two guys, one of which will start out in the bathroom. It should be fairly easy to whack him after he comes out of the bathroom by shooting the overhead light with the OCP and then sneaking up on him. Be sure to drag his body into the lobby area before the light comes back on and the security camera sees it or you.
3 of 7: As for the guy inside the security booth, go up to the door and whistle to get him to come over. When he's on the other side of the door, bash it in!
4 of 7: The other security booth, which is down a ways past the lobby's retinal-scan door, is a bit tougher. There are *three* guys in there!
5 of 7: To get the first guy easily, break the lock on the closet that's just across the nearby hall from the door with the big EXIT sign over it. (Also, to make things easier, shoot out the EXIT sign and the bright light inside the closet.) When the guard comes to investigate the closet break-in, he'll be an easy grab.
6 of 7: As for the other two guards, they'll come out to see what's up when you shoot out one of the lights in the well-lit corridor that their booth is next to. (You'll want those lights out, anyway.)
7 of 7: Shoot out one of them, then wait for the security guys to check it out and then start back to their office. You can grab one of them from behind before he gets back in and drag him off to the closet to store. Then shoot out the other hall light and repeat the process. Security booths secured!
