What's the regular way?
1 of 4: From the lobby, head through the door that isn't locked with a retinal scanner.
2 of 4: Use the OCP to temporarily disable the security camera above the security booth door (unless you want to shoot out the light and then dodge the guards), then open the door nearest the security booth (the other one leads to the bathroom).
3 of 4: You'll soon come to some stairs that lead up to the second floor.
4 of 4: Unfortunately, the stairs are fairly well-lit, and there's an alert guard up at the top of them. And that's not to mention all the laser beams in the two rooms beyond!
