Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Hints

What's the secret way?

  • 1 of 10: From the lobby, go through the door that's locked with the retinal scanner.
  • 2 of 10: Head down to the end of the second hallway, where there's a large glass door opening on a rear courtyard.
  • 3 of 10: Go through the door and OCP the camera that's on the wall to the right.
  • 4 of 10: Then look on the wall to the left for a vertical pipe that you can climb up.
  • 5 of 10: Climb up to the part where a horizontal pipe intersects, then move onto it and go left until you can drop down safely onto the balcony.
  • 6 of 10: Then enter the crawl space in the wall and make your way along until you can see down into a room with a spinning fan and a guard sitting at a computer. (If the chair's empty, wait for him to come in and sit down.)
  • 7 of 10: The first thing to do is turn the fan off.
  • 8 of 10: Then you need to take care of the guards down there. Yes, there are two, one of which is out of sight underneath you.
  • 9 of 10: After the two guards are down, you can drop down safely (though you will be injured a bit by the fall). You'll end up in the second floor security room.
  • 10 of 10: TIP: To get back down to the first floor, skip the laser-beam rooms and instead climb out of the window in the president's office. (Just walk over to the window's railing and hit the Jump key to climb over it, then carefully drop down from finger-ledge to finger-ledge, preferably when the guard is on the other side of the area.)
