Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Hints
Where are all of these crates and how do I scan them?
1 of 7: You'll get a message from Lambert about scanning SSCC barcodes on crates the first time you approach an open gun crate.
2 of 7: To scan a crate's barcode, either turn your EEV zoom on and aim at the crate from a distance, or move up to it until you can use the Interaction key to scan it automatically.
3 of 7: TIP: Use the EEV zoom to scan a crate from a distance if there's a guard nearby that you don't want to mess with.
4 of 7: The first two crates in the series are in rooms near the cavern -- one in the barrel room and one in the downstairs area near where a guy is test-firing his weapon.
5 of 7: The next crate is inside one of the two tents in the first outdoor courtyard area.
6 of 7: The fourth crate is under a small tin roof overhang in the second outdoor courtyard area (it's fairly near a high-up light that you can see on a wall).
7 of 7: The fifth and final crate can be found after you find the computer in the second tower and make your way past a couple of guards outside and down some stairs. Before you continue on, turn right and look around among several cannons to find the crate.
