Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Hints
I couldn't stop the missile launch! Can I abort its arming mechanism somehow?
1 of 8: Doing so is your only hope.
2 of 8: This missile platform has a control room directly under it just like the other one did.
3 of 8: Run over to the far entrance to the control room (the one farthest from the big door you came in through) and open the door there after shooting out the light above it.
4 of 8: If a guard is standing next to a computer bank right in front of you, wait until he goes over and sits down, then sneak up behind him and grab him. (If you use a projectile on him, the others may hear.)
5 of 8: As soon as he's down, use the computer he was sitting at to get the abort codes.
6 of 8: Now sneak out of the launcher control room and run all the way back to this missile bay's main control room.
7 of 8: NOTE: Don't forget in your haste to disable the camera over the door leading back into the main control room.
8 of 8: Use the left computer in the bank that faces the window in the main control room to enter the abort codes, then you can relax and save again. What a close call!
