2 of 5: Both of those missile launching platforms look like good outdoorsy areas to extract from.
3 of 5: Return to either one of the platforms and look around.
4 of 5: Each one has an emergency exit, which is basically a ladder top with a sign next to it.
5 of 5: Move up next to the sign (or mantle up onto the concrete it's painted on) to get the option to extract.
