The servers are toast, but what about Otomo?
1 of 7: You'll find him nearby.
2 of 7: After going up the stairs past the subfloor passageway, head to the right to find Otomo locked in a glass-walled office.
3 of 7: He'll yak at you a bit and then stab himself all honorable-like. Not good, Fisher-san!
4 of 7: As soon as Otomo's down, the door to the glass-walled room across from his will open.
5 of 7: Go into that room and find the floor hole in the back right corner.
6 of 7: Run along the under-the-floor passage to its end and climb up to get into Otomo's office.
7 of 7: Run over to him and move around him until you get an Interaction option to save him.
