I can't figure out what to do with this wheel with 8 paddles around it.
1 of 9: Notice what happens when you press the "paddles" on the wheel.
2 of 9: You'll need to press the correct paddles, in the correct order, to solve the puzzle.
3 of 9: The information you'll need to do so can be found in several places nearby.
4 of 9: Look carefully at the various compasses that can be found around the perimeter of the deck.
5 of 9: You will need to find five separate compasses, and make note of how each is set.
6 of 9: Match the selected symbols on each compass with those on the wheel.
7 of 9: Press the symbols on the wheel in the same order as those found on the compasses, beginning with the first compass located at the start of the game, and continuing clockwise around the deck.
8 of 9: If you enter the symbols correctly, you will receive a collection of pearls (which will be placed in your inventory). If not, you have not entered the 5 correct symbols, or have entered them in the wrong order.
9 of 9: The actual settings change each time you play the game; so there is no "fixed" solution to this puzzle.
