Schizm Hints
So what is the correct solution to the puzzle?
1 of 13: Listen carefully to the sounds produced when the priest appears. You should hear something like "Doos, santoo, huldee, airmon, drahee, toondra". (People seem to spell these sounds quite differently, but they always do seem to be the same sounds in everyone's game.)
2 of 13: You can reproduce the six sound bytes using three of the prayer grinders, and their associated colored symbols.
3 of 13: Experiment with the set of prayer grinders set in a circle, on the other end of the monorail outside.
5 of 13: The first sound pair should be "doos santoo". Experiment with the prayer grinders to determine which one makes the sound "doos".
6 of 13: The second part of the sound pair is associated with the color shown under the prayer grinder. Experiment with the different colors to find the one that makes the sound "santoo".
7 of 13: You should have discovered that "santoo" is generated by the black symbol.
8 of 13: The second sound pair should be "huldee airmon". The sound associated with color is "airmon".
9 of 13: You should have discovered, in your experimenting, that "airmon" is generated by the white symbol.
10 of 13: The third sound pair should be "drahee toondra". The sound associated with color is "toondra".
11 of 13: You should have discovered, in your experimenting, that "toondra" is generated by the green symbol.
12 of 13: To match the colors correctly, make sure that "santoo" (black), "airmon" (white), and "toondra" (green) are beneath the correct prayer grinders. Again, you need to make sure the correct colors are below the correct shapes all at the same time -- this is only possible at the set of grinders closest to the statue.
13 of 13: Once the colored symbols have been set, click on the prayer grinders in the following order (numbering from 1, starting at the left side): 6-3-8. The door behind the golden statue should now be unlocked.
