Schizm Hints
I can't figure the valve settings on the two sets of pipes.
1 of 8: Do the controls remind you of anything you've seen before?
2 of 8: Think back to Bosh's Tunnels -- underneath the Temple area.
3 of 8: Do you remember the mechanical computer?
4 of 8: If you have not yet solved the mechanical computer, you will not be able to solve these puzzles.
5 of 8: When the mechanical computer was solved correctly, the two sets of purple spheres were set in a specific manner.
6 of 8: Duplicate the setting of the first 8 purple spheres on the set of valves to the left (that is, to your left as you're walking from the train to the egg). Duplicate the setting of the second 8 purple spheres on the set of valves to the right. Read ahead for a precise answer.
7 of 8: On the left side, pull up switches 3, 5, 7, and 8 (counting from the left), and only those switches.
8 of 8: On the right side, switches 1, 5, and 8 (again, counting from the left) should be the only ones up.
