How do I call my secretary?
1 of 12: There's a phone in the reception hall, just beyond the front entrance. Click on the phone, when it isn't ringing, to make a call.
2 of 12: Of course, you'll need to have Barbara's number before you can call her.
3 of 12: The game character, Michael, has not memorized her number, but certainly he would have brought it with him.
4 of 12: When you first arrive at the house, you have a suitcase and a typewriter in inventory.
5 of 12: The typewriter and its contents won't help, but perhaps something in the suitcase could.
6 of 12: You'll need to find a place to set down the suitcase before you can search through it.
7 of 12: The best place to set it down would be in the room where you will need it the most...
9 of 12: Once you've found a suitable bedroom, you'll need a flat surface to put down the suitcase.
10 of 12: The desk won't help, but the small table just to the left of the desk would work.
11 of 12: Once you've opened the suitcase, you can search inside.
12 of 12: Read the notebook in the bottom left corner to find Barbara's number. Once you have looked at the phone number in the notebook, you can return to the phone downstairs to call her. You won't need to write out her phone number, from the moment you have looked at her number in the suitcase, the game will remember it for you and a new dialing option will be available when you use the phone.
