1 of 4: If you've already called Barbara, you will already have the pen in inventory.
2 of 4: The pen was one item that Michael brought with him when he arrived at the house.
3 of 4: It can be found inside the suitcase, which should still be inside the guest room upstairs.
4 of 4: The pen is on top of the notebook in the bottom left corner of the suitcase.
