I guess I'm not very straightforward -- what's the answer?
1 of 3: Beginning with all of the left switches set to their "left" position, and the right switches set to their "right" position (i.e., the puzzle's original position), click on the following switches:
2 of 3: In the left bank of switches, flip switches #3 and #5 to the right.
3 of 3: In the right bank of switches, flip switches #7, #8, and #10 to the right.
