1 of 4: Notice that the wheels are divided into 16 units, marked by lines on the wheel. Number each line from 1 through 16 -- starting from the position just to the right of the starting position and working clockwise around the wheel.
2 of 4: The large wheel will need to be set to the 9th line on the wheel.
