1 of 4: Again, it's not quite as simple as "press this button, then this button". A lot will depend on how you have arranged your walkway segments at the moment. This solution will assume that you have completely solved the area #4 walkway puzzle, reached the "umbrella stand" out at the end of area #4, set the colored disc column correctly, and finally rearranged the walkway to access the telescope on the first rock.
2 of 4: Beginning from this position, you will need to rotate the segment at the very end (R:NE 4:8) so that it connects with the first segment (the straight segment) of area #5.
3 of 4: From that point, you may wish to walk out onto this segment, and get a better view of the remaining four segments of area #5.
4 of 4: Make a note of the symbols, and how many times they will need to be rotated to create a complete path to the "umbrella stand" at the end.
