  • 1 of 8: The poem, in case you missed it, is:
  • 2 of 8: This essentially tells you the layout from right to left.
  • 3 of 8: "The seducer of she" is the Snake, and it goes in the last space on the right.
  • 4 of 8: "The wind" is nothingness. The next space is empty.
  • 5 of 8: In this same line is "the woman," the Prisoner, which goes in the middle space.
  • 6 of 8: "The formless one" is also empty, but this one is "furthest from they" -- that is, the first space on the left.
  • 7 of 8: "The old one" is the Old Man, which goes in the second space from the left, to the left of the Prisoner.
  • 8 of 8: The final array is:
    empty -- Old Man -- Prisoner -- empty -- Snake
