How did I get here?
1 of 2: The map is a little confusing, but it looks to me like there's a path under the road here. From the place where you exited the Blue Creek Apartments, walk the only way you can go, and suddenly you're in the park.
2 of 2: But do take a side trip up the stairs at left while you're in the tunnel; you can't get out, but there are a couple boxes of ammo up there.
