1 of 8: Again, this is a matter of elimination.
2 of 8: This one isn't that much harder than the Hard riddle, except it's not particularly clear where the clues are.
3 of 8: The part you want starts with, "The white bandages ... "
4 of 8: "The white bandages stained with crimson" indicate some sort of bloodshed. That's either murder or bodily injury, or possibly both.
5 of 8: "The scorched black earth" is obviously arson.
6 of 8: "The whispered cries of the maiden" is vague, but it might be kidnapping.
7 of 8: And "a meaningless contract" could be swindling. That leaves only ...
8 of 8: Thievery. It's the thief who's innocent this time.
