1 of 3: You'll have to go back to western Silent Hill.
2 of 3: This time, go west on Katz Street past the apartments. The construction tunnel is open this time.
3 of 3: Go straight ahead till you get to Munson Street. Turn right and go north till you get to Nathan Lane -- er, Avenue. Turn left and go about a block till you get to the entrance to Rosewater Park.
