Silent Hill 2 Hints
Rifle
Found in the armory in Toluca Prison. It's the most powerful firearm you'll find in this game, but there's a longer pause between shots than the Shotgun and you have to reload more often. Ammo is not hard to find, but there's less than there are shotgun bullets.
