Yes, it's Pyramid Head's knife. Found in Pyramid Head's room in the labyrinth under the prison. An interesting idea, but it's too big and clumsy to make an effective weapon for someone like James, who'd probably get a hernia dragging it around and throw his back out trying to swing it.
