1 of 4: You'll need something to remove the marks.
3 of 4: There's a can of paint thinner there, on the floor of the nonfunctioning guest elevator.
4 of 4: Use the paint thinner on the photo to reveal the code word. It's not written clearly and may be hard to read, but you can usually get two or three letters and guess at the rest. (Try changing the graphics to high res if your computer can handle it. This makes the combination much easier to see.)
