What happens in this ending?
This is an Easter egg ending. James finds the mastermind behind it all: a small dog running everything via a large control panel. He falls to all fours and cries out (in Japanese), "So this was all your work!" The dog licks his nose as if in apology, and the special dog credits roll, including some outtakes, more pictures of the dog, and shots of James without a shirt and Maria in a bikini.
