Where can I find more rope?
1 of 10: Have you walked around on the floor near the false wall?
2 of 10: Do so until Holmes notices that some of the boards crack under his weight.
3 of 10: Click on the boards' hand icon to get a close-up, then wave the cursor around until you can click to examine them.
4 of 10: You can then get a hand icon by pointing at the cracks between the boards.
5 of 10: Choose an item from inventory, then click on the hand icon to see if it'll pry the boards up for you.
6 of 10: NOTE: Trying this with the pocket knife will cause it to break. That's not a game-stopper, but it can be a bit annoying.
7 of 10: Try using the shovel on the boards.
8 of 10: That'll remove them, revealing a hidden weapon stash.
9 of 10: Look on the crates over to the left to see a chain.
10 of 10: Click on the chain's hand icon to take it. It should serve as well as any rope.
