1 of 5: Click on the bloody scalpel to put it under the magnifying glass, then look around for something that could be used to clean it.
2 of 5: There are small flasks of both acid and water on the table, so use one of those.
3 of 5: Either one will work, but won't completely clean the scalpel.
4 of 5: The game won't let you use both water and acid on the scalpel, so look around for another cleaning-related tool.
