What do I need to do back at Holmes' apartment?
1 of 3: Check the desk that's to the right of the window to find that it has two hotspots on it.
2 of 3: Examine both of them to get Watson to go to his room and start writing, during which he's interrupted by a noise.
3 of 3: Leave Watson's room and click on the door to Holmes' room to get what is by far the most shocking cut-scene yet!
