1 of 3: There's nothing on the roof, so go down the stairs and look around.
2 of 3: There's a bottle on the ground a bit past the dirty window.
3 of 3: Go up to where you can pick up the bottle, then immediately go back the way you came to avoid being seen. (Note that if you are seen, the game will just reset you back a few steps.)
