How can I get back in to see Schielman once I have his pen?
1 of 5: Return to the reception area to get a conversation with the guy at the booth, then go back into the room where Chief Warden James is.
2 of 5: Walk up to him to learn that you can't get back into the high security area until after the guard duty list is found.
3 of 5: After you get the list, approach Chief Warden James again to start another conversation. Once it's over, you'll be able to open the barred door that leads to the stairs.
4 of 5: Past the second barred door, go down to Schielman's cell.
5 of 5: Select his pen in inventory, then talk to him about the "your pen" topic to hand it over.
