The Testament of Sherlock Holmes Hints
How does the fancy box puzzle work?
1 of 6: There are ten hexagon-shaped puzzle pieces, each with one or more colored jewels on it, that you can pick up and move around.
2 of 6: After picking up a puzzle piece, you can set it down in any unoccupied slot except for the three dark-colored ones.
3 of 6: Notice that all of the pieces' jewels are either red or green, and some pieces have more jewels than others.
4 of 6: What you need to do is arrange the pieces so that all of them are adjacent to other pieces with the same color of jewel.
5 of 6: For instance, if a piece has a red jewel along its bottom edge, it'll need to be put in a slot that has a usable (i.e., light-colored) slot underneath it. Furthermore, the piece you put in the slot underneath it will need to have a red jewel along its top edge.
6 of 6: Once all the pieces are set so that their jewels match up, the box will open.
